Security Officer Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least age 24 or older (CA minimum is age 18)
- Must have a high school diploma or GED, or at least 3 years of verifiable employment history
- No criminal convictions as specified under FEP guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of public interaction and report writing
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Negative result on pre-employment drug screen
- Successful completion of FEP Security Officer Basic Course exam
- Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard
- Neat and professional appearance at all times
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively at client sites
SPECIAL SERVICES
K9 DIVISION
Our canine unit commander has over 20 years of canine handling expertise. We have 7 active working protection dogs. The main function of the K 9 Unit is to patrol and provide back up, as well as, aid in any situation, which necessitates the utilization of a K-9 team. Our canine handler can be armed or Un-armed.
APARTMENT BUILDINGS
